| Bernd Mey and Christian Pantzer's bar and nightclub under the Rossmarkt in Frankfurt is a triumphant regeneration of a civil engineer's disastrous pedestrian underpass. Craig Dykers was particularly keen on this scheme, which he said celebrates parts of city life (the demi monde perhaps) that are normally given no architectural thought and attention.
