| A bar was created by Quintans Raya Crespo on the sublime rocky sea-shore near Corunna (La Coruña) in northern Spain. Here is a work which, like the station at St Anton am Arlberg by Manzl Ritsch Sandner, abstracts and adds to an existing powerful landscape. The jury was much impressed with the small building's command of space, light and materiality, as well as its respect for the history and topography of a very strange place.
