| The school chapel at Bogota, Colombia by Daniel Bonilla is a new interpretation of the numinous. It is particularly interesting because it responds to site and programme by allowing its congregation to grow from about 100 to some 2000 when its great wooden wall is thrown open. The jury was impressed by the little buildings power of transformation, and by the ways in which light and materials are used to make both configurations coherent and sacral.
